I started the hobby on 1/20/01 with a trip to Petco on a rainy Sunday afternoon..  My first tank was a 29 gallon with an under gravel filter,  crushed coral and lighting that comes with the tank.  My husband made the comment that I should "get online and read up about saltwater aquariums" - I have been online ever since.

One week later, a trip to Deep Sea Gallery and $300 to "upgrade" some of the stuff I just bought  - I had a Reef tank in the works.

In May I bought a 55 gallon pentagon that was set up as a FOWLR that had a mishap and all the fish died.  The owner didn't want to restock.  

In October I set up another 29 gallon and plumbed all the tanks to one sump.

In December I moved everything into the 240 gallon.

And that brings us to today.
